(Dream) I have to pack, and quickly now. Rehearsal's over, the caravan of busses is about to leave. I race back into my room at Wrightsville Beach and look for my bags, look for all the stuff I had been planning to take, and can't really find any of it. It's ridiculous, because this is everything I've been preparing for, and the bus really is about to leave.

I realize I'm simply sauntering, not rushing at all, and finally grasp, all my coaxing and urging isn't going to make the slightest bit of difference to this "new me." Hmm! Okay, I decide to follow, as I grab a flashlight, a few other things, not even underwear! All right. Then we go out on the porch where Al says he'll give me a ride if I miss the bus. So I go back to my room for one more look-see, saunter out to Grandmom's driveway and clamber though the back door of the last articulated bus as it's nosing out onto Waynick Boulevard to leave. We just made it! (Fin)
